Returns
Should you need to return your item, follow these steps :
- Contact Us: Send an email to info@born-in-exile.com to initiate the return process.
- Prepare the Items: Place your unused items in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.
- Order Information: Include your order number for identification, and use the return address we provide you.
- Shipping: Drop off the package at your local postal office. Please note that returns are at your own expense.
- Confirmation: Wait for an email confirming your refund once we have received and processed your return.
We kindly ask that if you need to return an item, it is sent back within 7 days of receiving your order. For a smooth process, please ensure that the items are unworn and in perfect condition.
Exchanges
We want to make exchanges as smooth and simple as possible. Please follow these steps to exchange an item:
- Contact Us: Send an email to info@born-in-exile.com to request an exchange.
- Prepare the Items: Place your unused items in their original packaging for safe return.
- Order Information: Include your order number, and we will send you the return address to use for the exchange.
- Shipping: Drop off the package at your local postal office. Please note that returns for exchanges are at your own expense.
- Processing: Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange and notify you via email.
Please ensure that all exchange items are sent back within 7 days of receiving your order. The items must be unworn and in perfect condition to be eligible for an exchange.

Cancellation
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@born-in-exile.com.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.
If your order has been already shipped, you will need to return the item(s) to us in accordance with our return policy in order to receive a refund. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
