Exchange Policy

As a small brand, we are mindful of the financial and environmental costs associated with returns and exchanges, and we aim to reduce them as much as possible. Please note that we do not offer refunds; exchanges are only possible.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

- For size changes
- If the item is defective

Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Received Items:
If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, including shipping costs.

Incorrect Items Received:
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide a return label for the incorrect item at no cost to you.
